Biography
I want to be a member of the Republican County Central Committee, 3rd District, in Santa Barbara to promote Republican candidates for higher office and to register more Republicans in Santa Barbara County, to become the majority party. I have been a life long Republican and watched my parents meet future Governors and Presidents at the house of the Orange County Republican Party Chairwomen in the 1960s and 70s. I am a 2014 elected Director for the Santa Ynez River Water Conservation District, representing Division 5 cities of Solvang and Santa Ynez, serving a four year term. I am a past California State Assembly Republican nominee for the 58th district in 1994 and a past member of the California Republican Assembly in Huntington Beach. I founded a Young Republican Chapter in Southeast LA County in 1987 and was an elected LA County and State Officer in 1988. My 31 year professional career has endeavored to fulfill Ronald Reagan's pledge for a strong national defense. In my professional career, I developed and fielded the following systems to defend our nation - the B-1b and B-2a Stealth Bombers, and the Ground Based Mid-Course Defense System Interceptor, to counter rogue nation intercontinental ballistic missiles, while working at Northrop-Grumman and The Boeing Company. The latter Interceptor Weapon System is the operational realization of President Reagan's Star Wars vision and I supported development flight test missions at Vandenberg Air Force Base and the Reagan Test Center at Kwajalein Atoll. I currently work for Raytheon as a Systems Engineering Manager for Space and Airborne Systems in a Leadership Team role for the Systems Development Center with over 1000 systems engineers. I am the current UC Santa Barbara Campus Manager for Raytheon and an active Santa Barbara chapter director for the Association of Old Crows, an Electronic Warfare professionals association. I earned a BS Degree in Math Applied Physics at UC Riverside and an MS Degree in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California, graduating with High Honors. Republican references and long-time friends include past Orange County Party Chairs Scott Baugh & Lois Lundberg, Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, California State Assemblyman Matt Harper, and Costa Mesa Mayor Jim Righeimer.
Your consideration to enable my continued service to the Republican Party, as a member of the Republican Santa Barbara County Central Committee, 3rd District, is greatly appreciated!
