I believe in the divinely inspired America created by our founders and nutured by generations since. I believe in the rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness bestowed on every human being by our creator. I beleive that our constitution was designed to protect individuals and limit the power of government. I am appalled at the extent to which unelected judges have usurped the power of the people and seem to rule over us like kings. I am horrified at the failure of our country to protect the innocent lives of unborn children.

Current policy compels employers and individuals to purchase policies designed by bureaucrats and limiting their choices. These changes would preserve the current plans for those who have them and want to keep them. It would broaden choices for other uninsured individuals and decrease the number of uninsured individuals.

The constitution of the United States prohibits the government from infringing on the rights of Americans to keep and bear arms. The Supreme Court has affirmed the meaning of the second amendment. Unless the Constitution is amended, Americans have a right to keep and bear personal arms. On a practical basis, the states with the strongest restrictions on gun ownership have higher rates of gun violence than those with a weaker restriction.
Further, none of the restrictions on gun ownerships proposed by the Obama Administration would have had any impact on the mass shootings that occur from time to time or an access to guns by criminals or terrorists. They would impact the rights of regular citizens to keep and bear arms. America does have a problem with the mentally ill. America does have problems with Black on Black gun violence in urban areas ( 90% of deaths in many urban areas fall into this area).
What America can do is prosecute criminals who use guns in violation of Federal laws. This is not being done. What America can do is carry through with the existing systems of checks to stops the mentally ill and criminals from falling between the cracks. America can apply the resources to provide to provide people in islands of gun violence real security.

Introduce a 20% Value Added Tax. This tax would apply to original value of imports and natural resources and all additions to value until final sale.
Rent or mortgage interest up to $15, 000 per year, state and local taxes, unprocessed and unprepared food items, health insurance and non-discretionary medical costs would be excluded from taxes.

Willie Felix Carter was born on June 15, 1943, in Fort Worth, Texas to the parents of Mr. Hugh Bert Sr. and Mrs. Willie Fair (Howard) Carter, formerly of Fairfield, Texas, the third child of eleven children.
Willie Felix Carter attended Sunrise Elementary School, Dunbar Junior High School, and graduated from I. M. Terrell High School in 1961, all schools in Fort Worth, Texas.
Willie Felix Carter attended Tarrant County Junior College for two years studying Electronics Technology.
Willie Felix Carter joined the United States Air Force in 1961, and was honorably discharged after serving four years and thirty days.
Willie Felix Carter joined the United States Air Force Reserve in 1966, assigned to the 512th Military Airlift Wing at Carswell AFB, Texas. Received many honors including, "Airman of the Year" Air Force Reserve wide, two United States Air Force Commendation Awards for "Superior Mechanical Ability." Was promoted to Senior Master Sergeant, and after serving a total of twenty-eight years, active and reserve duty, retired on August 10, 1990.
Willie Felix Carter is a member at Carter Temple New Jerusalem Church of God In Christ in Fort Worth, Texas, and also a member at Revival Center Triedstone Church of God In Christ in Los Angeles, California, serving as a deacon, and as General Sunday School Superintendent.
Willie Felix Carter has been blessed of the Lord to have nine children, Elaine, Dwayne, Terry, Richie, Rickie, Camilla, Curtis, Shirley, and Michole.
Willie Felix Carter ran for President in 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, and is presently running for president for 2016.

Carter distinguished himself by meritorious service while assigned to 301st Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Carswell AFB, Texas, from January 1975 to March 1981. During this period, Sergeant Carter’s outstanding professional knowledge and skill, superior mechanical ability, and devotion to duty aided immeasurably in identifying rigging problems during the phase inspection and in developing and implementing effective solutions to the problems. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Carter reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.

I was first shown in a vision of the Lord, in the spring of 1980, that I was being condition to be the President of the United States of America. I was also shown in a vision in the spring of 1983 the complete destruction of our nation, the United States of America by fire as a great furnace, and commanded of the Lord to go on a 35 day fast that God turn his wrath from America. I wanted to eat and the Lord said: once that I get started with my wrath, I will not be turning back and you will wish that you had gone on a fast, so I asked the Lord, Lord help me on a fast, and he did, I was then commanded of the Lord to enter the race to become the President of the United States of America, I did even unto the present time, I am yet running to become the President, only God knows the date and time appointed for me to become the President. I love God and all of the people of this great nation and I hope to serve as your next President 2016.
