Implement a strategic plan to guide budget process and other critical decisions.
Address growth with new tools that allow immigrants and those without high school diplomas or GEDs to take classes for free or even qualify for financial aid.
Build sustainable leadership at the district by using professional development and mentoring to move classified professionals into upper management. They have already demonstrated their commitment to the colleges and they know our systems.
