My Top 3 Priorities

  • Equity-- treat everyone fairly, ensure that all properties are appraised at their fair value on a timely basis according to our current laws and that corporate property owners pay their fair share.
  • Transparency and integrity-- act in the public interest, make sure all contracts are awarded legally, all customers receive excellent and responsive service.
  • Modernization-- bring in new technology to better track and produce records, and develop new tools to make sure residents take advantage of all tax-saving programs for which they are eligible.
